What about the house?

Good question!

As a rule of thumb from a pure physical or electrical perspective your bedroom has 70% importance in developing EHS, your work space 20% and the rest of the house or environment 10%.

At night we are more Yin, receptive, introvert, lunar whilst during the day we are more Yang, outgoing, extrovert, solar. The human body responds quite differently to day time or night time exposure from High Frequency or Low frequency sources.

So the bedroom is the place where we recover and regenerate our energy whilst asleep. It is also the place where any change in the natural environment has the biggest impact onĀ  the quality of our sleep. Measurement and visual inspection of the bedroom is paramount when EHS is suspected.

A checklist is used to see what needs to be changed in order to create a healthy environment.
